Ready to try it yourself?

You Will Need:
  • 150g soft butter
  • 2 large eggs (beaten)
  • 5 tbsp water
  • Muffin tray lined with 12 medium muffin cases
  • An electric mixer

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 170°C (150°C Fan), Gas Mark 4. Place the entire muffin mix in to a bowl and using an electric mixer blend in the butter. Gradually mix in the water and beaten eggs until combined. For the perfect texture, be gentle, don’t over mix. 

Step 2

Divide the mix evenly between the cases.

Step 3

Bake in the centre of the oven for 20 to 25 minutes until well risen and cracking on top.
