Luxurious Belgian Chocolate Cookie Mix - product packaging

Ready to try it yourself?

You Will Need:
  • 50ml milk (5 dessert spoons)
  • 30g soft butter

Step 1

Preheat oven to 160°C (140°C Fan), Gas Mark 3. Rub the butter into the entire chocolate cookie mix to give a breadcrumb like texture, then stir in the milk and form into a stiff ball.

Step 2

Form the dough into a 10cm roll. Wrap in cling film, chill for 30 minutes. Unwrap the firm dough and cut into 10 equal slices. Place on a lined baking sheet, allowing room to spread. No need to flatten.

Step 3

Bake for 10-14 minutes, 10 minutes for a softer, chewy texture. Cool on a wire rack. Remember – biscuits break, cookies bend!
